Meet the Doctors
Leslie Craddock, O.D. 
Dr. Craddock is an Optometrist serving both Seattle and the Eastside. She has owned Eyes on the City in Sammamish since 2005 and in Ballard since 2010. Dr. Craddock has been practicing optometry since graduating magna cum laude from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1993. She has lived in the Ballard area since 1997.
Dr. Craddock truly enjoys caring for her patients and taking care of their individual needs. She has extensive experience in all areas of optometry including primary care, specialty contact lenses, pediatrics, lasik co-management and red-eye visits.
Dr. Craddock and the entire staff at Eyes on the City are 100 percent committed to providing first class eye care services.
Leslie Falch, O.D. 
Dr. Falch grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. She became interested in Optometry at a young age, working as a nurse's aid at a cataract surgery center. She received her Bachelors in Scinece from the University of Missouri - Columbia. She then earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Missouri - St. Louis College of Optometry in 2008.
Dr. Falch has a wide-range of experience in eye care including, but not limited to, dry eye treatment, contact lens fitting, low-vision consultation, computer vision syndrome, pediatric eye examinations, and surgical co-management. Providing exceptional patient care is always her top priority. She values the time spent with patients, particularly listening to their concerns and answering questions. She is always striving to provide the best quality eye care possible.
In her free time, she enjoys activities including running, soccer and snowboarding. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her two Miniature Schnauzers.
